Remarkable, for the second week in a row this drilling season the plan at the beginning of the week was executed as it should have been without any weather interruptions. Long may it continue. The Geneva is in and we move onto Serge next week in the Bicker, Donnington, East Heckington and Kirton End areas.Looking at the weekend weather, rain is forecast with a light wind. So it could go one of two ways with how much rain we get. Fingers crossed. After the high temperatures of the Bank Holiday weekend I was hopeful of seeing some flower on the Anubis. My hopes were dashed midweek as the temperatures plummeted by 10C. Back on with the coat! It's almost as if the peas are waiting until they know there are going to be some consistent temperatures. Nature has an odd way of sorting things out.[ngg src="galleries" ids="2" display="basic_slideshow"]
