Sunday 23rd April 2017

A dry and cool week with promise of even lower temperatures next week. Drilling in places this week was a little challenging, but we got there. Now have 62% in the ground. Forecasters are suggesting some rain next week which would be very welcome. The early peas have put good roots down and look well. As you can see we are not without "technical" problematic drilling. Luckily this is off a main road. At the end of next week it may be the time to hazard a guess of a start harvesting date!
